Calm and wise, Rachel heads up the flock. She is hands on with every aspect of livestock care and management and does whatever it takes to ensure the flock is happy and healthy.

Rachel has worked with animals all her life and alongside the sheep, she also works with horses.

Ivan comes into his own handling the sheep in the ring when we’re ‘on tour’ at various country shows up and down the country and has been praised for his handling skills.

Ivan’s experience of animals extents to working with large scale commercial sheep and pigs.

Steve is the business brains making sure we’re always on top of compliance, maintenance, health and safety and more. He leaves no stone unturned!

Steve also manages our growing fleet of farm vehicles.

The member of the team who NEVER runs out of energy. Despite being young, Max’s training is coming on leaps and bounds and he is on course to be a fully trained sheep dog.

Our fantastic vet Howard from Fakenham Farm Vets - pictured. The practice opened in October 2021 and is owned and run by Howard and his wife Katrina. Howard has provided veterinary care in Norfolk for over 10 years.
